Peace is the co-founder & director of The Ruby Project

The Ruby Project is a non-profit organization that supports and empowers young women with stories of abuse and trauma.

Every year, Peace & her team gather woman who have been sexually abused, raped, trafficked, bullied, neglected, and abandoned for “Ruby Retreats” where mental health workshops, woman’s health workshops, dance and drama therapy, and relationship-building activities are used to help these young women realize their supreme worth.

Ruby Retreats culminate in the “Ruby Arts Showcase” during which the young women come before an audience & share their stories of pain and triumph through the creative arts.
